Bibliography

Introduction

This bibliography arose out of a concern that there is little general knowledge of the literature associated with theological education in Canada. It is hoped that this bibliography will make the extensive information that is available accessible to a larger audience, particularly those doing research on theological education or with general interest related to theological education in Canada.

The bibliography was begun by Thomas Harding, a former Executive Director of CCTE, in 1994 from information available in the CCTE collection. Other material has been added as it has become available. At present the bibliography is being revised and updated.

Purpose

The purpose of this bibliographical project is two-fold:

  • to make more readily known the literature associated with theological education in Canada, and
  • to gather as much of the material possible in one central location (the CCTE offices) in order to facilitate research

Permission to copy

Permission is given to duplicate the bibliography as necessary.

Submission of new material, comments and corrections

Users are urged to submit comments, corrections, or additions to the CCTE. As well, users are urged to send to CCTE copies of material not currently in the CCTE collection (those items marked with an asterisk *) and copies of new material to be added to the bibliography.
